As you most certainly know or you experience it in your own country, vast majority of World countries are under lockdown due to coronavirus spread. In some it’s stricter and in others is not that much yet, but this situation has affected everybody heavily.
World of travels is one of the most impacted industries and Serbian Private Tours has not avoided the effects of it as well. We are facing the same issues as any other tour company around the globe. Many airlines cruise and tour companies started a campaign #dontcancelpostpone #dontcancelmodify in order to save travel industry from the effects that this crisis has on them.
We are also urging you not to cancel the bookings you have with us, but to postpone it for later and more relaxed period. In regard to this we have created following stimulating polices which will be applied to all previously made bookings.
If you have booked a city tour or a day trip for the period 1st of April to 15th of May we can either postpone it for a later date this year/next year (2021), or we can issue a voucher where we’ll credit the amount that you have paid. This credit can be used by you or anyone you authorize for any of our tours by the end of 2021. If none of the above options suits you, we will refund the amount you have paid (cancelation/administrative costs may apply).
If you have booked a multiday trip for period 1st of April to 31st of May we can either postpone it for a later date this year/next year (2021), or we can issue a voucher where we’ll credit the amount that you have paid. This credit can be used by you or anyone you authorize for any of our multiday trips by the end of 2021. If you don’t use the voucher by the end of 2021 we will refund initially paid amount and keep 10% of the travel price, as a cancelation fee. If none of the above options suits you, we will refund the amount you have paid (cancelation/administrative costs may apply).
We hope that after 15th of May situation will allow for tours and activities to continue as planned. If the situation changes we will act accordingly.
